What does FreshCell Speech cost and what’s included?
Pricing depends on format (1:1, cohort, or team). Every plan includes a baseline speaking assessment, practice prompts, structured feedback, and a progress summary you can reuse for reviews or promotion packets. For teams, we add a manager-ready rubric and optional async reviews of recorded talks.
How fast will I see results (and how much time per week)?
Most people feel a noticeable confidence shift after 2–3 sessions once they have a repeatable prep process. Expect 60–120 minutes per week total: one session plus short drills (voice, structure, and “first 30 seconds” openings). Busy weeks still count—your plan adapts to your calendar.
Do you provide a certificate or proof of completion?
Yes. For cohort and team programs we can issue a completion certificate and a skills summary (structure, delivery, handling Q&A, and narrative). For 1:1 coaching, you can request a signed completion letter with your attendance dates and focus areas.
Can you train an entire team and keep messaging consistent?
We can. Team programs start with a “message map” workshop (key narrative, proof points, and calls-to-action). Then we coach individuals on delivery while keeping shared structure consistent across demos, all-hands updates, and stakeholder reviews.
What if I hate being on camera or hearing my own voice?
That’s common. We start with low-pressure reps (audio-only or short “opening statements” under 30 seconds). When you’re ready, we introduce video with a simple rubric so feedback feels objective instead of personal.
Do you coach remote, in-person, or both?
Both. Remote coaching is the default (it’s easier to record and review). In-person workshops are available for teams with adequate lead time and a shared agenda.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits, students, or referrals?
We occasionally do. If you’re a nonprofit, student, or you’re bringing multiple participants, submit a question with your context and we’ll confirm availability and options.
Can you help our team handle tough Q&A and stakeholder objections?
Yes. We teach “bridge & evidence” responses, how to acknowledge concerns without conceding the narrative, and how to pre-wire answers in the talk so fewer objections appear. Teams often use a shared Q&A bank that gets refined after each presentation.
Is this a recognized certification for continuing education?
We’re not an accredited CE provider. However, many clients use our completion letter and skills summary for internal learning credits and performance documentation.
What happens if I miss a session or need to reschedule?
If you reschedule in advance, we’ll typically move the session to the nearest available slot. If you miss a session, we can convert it into an async review of your recording and send written feedback so momentum doesn’t stall.
